1. The return pipe is blocked, resulting in a poor oil circulation, less oil return (normal return oil volume needs to reach more than half pipe volume), high oil temperature.

Check whether the return pipe is open, unblock the return pipe, eliminate the factors affecting the high oil temperature.

2. Check for the failure of the lubricant (normal lubricant life is 2000h for the operation of the equipment should be replaced), check the analysis of the oil Cu, Fe, moisture and dust content and viscosity index.

If the Cu and Fe content in the oil exceeds the standard, it indicates that there is abnormal wear inside the equipment;

If the water and dust in the oil exceed the standard, the cause of oil into the water should be found;

If the lubricant is dirty, failure, etc. , should be replaced in a timely manner.

3. Check the bowl-shaped tile surface and the main axis body contact, found that the spherical tile contact area is large, and the contact is not good.

4. Check the eccentric sleeve and spindle contact, found that the two contact is not good, and eccentric copper sleeve upper crack phenomenon, which is also one of the causes of the oil temperature rise.

Reason analysis: eccentric shaft due to the bad coordination with the push bearing, resulting in the eccentric shaft running trajectory changes, and then not good contact with the spindle.

Treatment measures: grinding the copper sleeve contact surface, and crack end drilling treatment at the crack, to avoid crack expansion.

Check the contact between the eccentric shaft and the rack copper sleeve, hang out the eccentric shaft, find that the rack copper sleeve contact surface contact is not good, there is burning tile phenomenon, and the upper edge of the rack sleeve has cracks, the alloy block of the pressure copper sleeve is loose, the eccentric shaft bottom face and the upper end of the push bearing side edge wear.

Axial detection method: (1) remove coupling; (2) fixed percenttable monitoring at the end of the coupling; (3) the coupling end with a jack jack open, the pinion edge using steel brazing, measured the momentum value, the detection value is 3.8mm, greater than the standard value (standard 0.8-1.6mm);
